July 25-27, 2025

Fourth round of the Spanish Hill Climb Championship. A race in a spectacular setting in the Ribera Sacra region of Lugo. Under high temperatures and with great local excitement, the riders faced the always difficult Chantada course. A 4.3-kilometer track characterized by a narrow, more technical half leading to the wide and very fast second section, making this the highest average speed event of the championship.
We found David Cánovas from Totana, fourth in Category 3 and third in Class 11 with his Talex. “Good results with good times, where our goal is to improve in each race. We continue to gain experience,” says Guillermo Pernía, who achieved P11 in the Junior CM and P5 in Category 3.
